Member Information
Mary Yoder's Amish Kitchen opened its doors for the first time on November 3, 1987 in the center of Middlefield, Ohio. We moved to our present location on July 23, 1990. Under the capable leadership of our owners and manager we have grown to be able to accommodate many more guests, while still serving the traditional Amish food made by some of the best Amish cooks in the world. When you are hungry for real home cooking "just like mom used to make" you will find it here. We are famous for our tender breaded and baked chicken, our juicy roast beef, turkey, and pork, our real mashed potatoes, our fresh salad bar which is a meal in itself, our homemade breads, and, of course, our desserts. We offer many kinds of pie, all baked fresh daily. Amish wedding cake, also called date nut pudding, is another favorite. Apple butter and our delicious peanut butter spread are always available on the table, and to take home. Our guests enjoy browsing through the gift shop, which offers a wide range of items for children and adults. The luxurious banquet room is perfect for wedding rehearsal dinners, family reunions, and other special events, and can seat up to 200 people. If you prefer, catering is available at your area location.
We extend to you a special invitation to come and enjoy! Even when the line seems long, the wait is short, and it is our privilege to serve you.
